I like meeting people face-to-face.  Why should I try dating online?

What software is included in Chet’s Dating System?
When you order Chet’s Dating System, you will receive your own Personal Website Template software and Dating Management System Software.
The Personal Website Template software provides a template for you to create your own website.  After you have filled out the information and added pictures, I will post your website to the internet!
The Dating Management System Software is a database designed to keep your contacts in order.  With this software, you can enter in the information of each woman that you are talking to, so when she calls you all of her personal information and details about conversations that you have had is right in front of you.

What will I need to access my software?
You will receive a serial number for each piece of software that you receive.  When you install the software, it will ask for the serial number, without dashes.  As long as you are a member of the Romantic Hero’s Club, you will be able to use your software and have your website posted on the internet.

I have never used an online dating site, and I am afraid it will be too hard for me as I am not very good with computers.  Is this the case?
I was a complete computer illiterate dunce when I got started. Believe me, if I can do this anyone can. I literally thought a mouse was an animal on the floor. I had no idea how to even move it around to navigate.

How long does it take for my membership to get activated?
As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship out your system package.  The packages usually get shipped within two days.  Depending on where you live, your package will take 3-10 days to reach you.  You can use your software as soon are you receive the discs and serial numbers.  You will begin receiving monthly Romantic Hero membership packages the next month.

Will people know it's dating material from the packaging?
It is shipped inside either a plain box or a USPS box
so nobody will know the nature of it's contents except you!

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Your package should arrive within one week if you are in the United States.  Shipping outside of the United States usually takes 7-10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card is the preferred method.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  You can also pay by check or money order.  Mail your check or money order to:

The Find Your Soulmate and Part-Time Lover Systems offer an EZ-Pay plan if you cannot pay the entire amount in one payment.  Simply choose the EZ-Pay plan when you check out.  You will be billed one-half of the amount (plus $25-$45 shipping) at the time of your order, and the second half in one month.

How and when do I get billed?
You will get billed immediately when you order your system.  After your initial two free months, you will be automatically charged each month for your membership in the Romantic Hero’s Club on the same date that you ordered.  For example, if you order your system on the 14th of June, you will be charged for the club membership on the 14th of August. 
The payment for the Romantic Hero’s Club will be automatically charged using the same card that you used to purchase your kit.

If I buy one package now can I upgrade later?
Yes, if you order a Wannabe or Part-Time Lover’s System now, and decide that you want the Find Your Soulmate system, you can upgrade.  There will be an upgrade order form included in your system that you can fax or mail in.  If you no longer have your upgrade order form you can call me at 915-227-3161.

Questions About Returns, Refunds or Cancellations

What is your return policy?
You have 90 days to decide whether or not Chet’s Dating System is for you.  If you return your system within the first 90 days, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.  You can ship the package back to:

How long does it take for refunds to be issued?
Refunds usually take 2 to 4 business days from the time that we receive your returned package . You will receive an email confirmation when your refund or cancellation has been processed. Please check all email folders to make sure the confirmation has not been filtered as Junk Mail.

How do I cancel my subscription to the Romantic Hero’s Club?
Email my staff at Chetsteam@yahoo.com or call them at 915-227-3161 and ask to be removed from the Romantic Hero’s Club.  When you cancel your subscription, the serial numbers for your Personal Website Template and Dating Management Software will be deactivated.

Can I reinstate my membership after canceling?
If you change your mind and decide that you would like to have the benefits of the Romantic Hero’s Club, simply call or email my staff.  You will begin receiving the monthly kits and your software serial numbers will be reactivated.
