Getting Around The Corner And Much Further Than That
O.K., what I'm about to tell you, violates every single rule of conventional wisdom, but if you want to be successful finding the love of your life, you usually have to do things no one else is willing to do, so here goes:
Getting an e-mail address, besides being as exciting as the last few Kevin Costner movies, is also about as productive as filling your car up with one gallon of gas before you go on your cross-country trip.
Meaning, it'll get you out of your driveway and around the corner, but you're not getting much further than that.
It's sad, but most guys feel so "pumped up" simply about getting a woman's e-mail address.
I've actually had guys telling me when they meet someone online, from a dating site, and "finally" get the gal's e-mail address, they REALLY feel they're getting somewhere.
But let's call a spade a spade here: Has there EVER been an easier way of eliminating someone from your life, than placing your index finger on the "delete" key, and then pushing it?
Man, that's the EASIEST way of avoiding someone -- telling them to send you an e-mail.
And on top of that, there's a million excuses you can use about not getting your e-mail if you have to:
My spam filter ate your e-mail... I was having problems with my ISP... my computer... my laptop... you can go on and on here.
So getting an e-mail address from a woman, unless you get a phone number along with it -- or preferably a pre-set time to call -- is an absolute exercise in futility and frustration.
Once you get 'em on the phone, THEN you quickly find out who's "real" and whether or not there's a chance for the two of you to have some kind of chemistry together, and most important, whether or not you should continue spending YOUR valuable time, speaking to this woman.
You can see then, what you really need to do is get a phone number, and get it IMMEDIATELY or else move on to the next woman -- and there are a number of ways of doing this.
Most important of them are building trust with her, and making sure she has a good reason why she should give you their number.
