O.K. Max, thanks for writing me and let's see how I can help you out right now so you can start off on the right foot, before you even move into your new digs.
First of all, it's been my experience that Canadian women are horny as hell and smoking hot. In fact, I've had more women fly down to meet me in my home from Canada -- in fact from Toronto specifically -- than from anywhere else.
And that's a lot of women!
I'd have to challenge you a little bit on the picture thing. See, unless you're flat out repulsive or unless you have perhaps some kind of a physical defect, which you did not mention so I have to assume this doesn't apply to you, most women, if they're smitten by your personality, almost could care less about your looks.
In fact, I'm sure you've seen VERY hot looking women walking around with unattractive guys, more times than you'd care to remember, right?
I'd be willing to bet, the e-mails you're sending -- either before, with, or right after you send your picture over -- are either coming across as you being too needy... too uptight... or too serious about things, too early on.
If you really want to attract more women, you've got to figure out a way to stimulate their curiosity and their sense of adventure. The good thing is, I've got specific scripts you'll be able to use and adapt to your own situation in my "Automatic" Online Dating System.
Now about your move: Smart of you to think ahead, about having women lined up for you when you arrive at your new place, and it's also easy to do.
The simplest way to go about getting this done is to put 2 online ads out there for the city you're moving to, talking about your wants and needs. (Not worrying about what THEY want -- this is all about you.)
I'd run two ads because you want one ad to act like you're already living there, and the other ad should say you're new to town and you'd like to find someone to share your enthusiasm for your new home with you, and show you around town.
See which one of these ads pulls better responses and then keep that one going. You may be surprised with your results!
As far as the cocky and funny thing, perhaps that's just not you and that's why it's not working. Also, with women in your age range, they're not turned on by that -- they want trust, security and safety -- that's what'll make you appeal to them.
But remember -- be careful -- the way to make a woman feel safe is to inspire them and let them know you're confident and comfortable with who you are, NOT by telling them 100 times that "you'll take good care of them." That's only going to tell them you're needy.
Take care of yourself and most important, don't forget to take action!
